HRHW-H beam horizontal welding production line is based on the similar products abroad and our own experience in research and develop H beam production line equipment for many years, in response to the market demand, another equipment special suitable for light H beam is launched. The production line consists of horizontal end assembling machine, front welding machine, hydraulic overturning machine, rear welding machine and structural steel conveying roller. The whole line is divided into four working stations to realize horizontal end assembling H beam, submerged arc welding, 180 degrees overturning and H beam conveying between working stations. The whole line adopts the technology of horizontal end assembling, horizontal welding and single arc double wire welding, compared with the traditional h-beam vertical welding production line, it has the advantages of high production efficiency and small welding deformation. It is an ideal equipment for mass production of light H beam.
