HRJZ-H beam straightening machine is the special equipment for steel structure manufacturers to straightening the bending deformation of H beam flange during welding heating. There are two types of straightener: mechanical straightener and hydraulic straightener. Mechanical straightener uses motor reducer to drive downward pressure for straightening, which is suitable for light H beam. Hydraulic straightener is divided into downward pressure type and upward peak type. Downward pressure type uses oil cylinder to drive downward pressure for straightening, upward peak type uses oil cylinder to drive upward pressure for straightening. Both hydraulic straighteners are suitable for heavy H beam. This set of equipment has the advantages of simple operation, convenience, high efficiency and high automation.
