HRZT-self-adjusting welding rotator is mainly used for welding, cutting, grinding, polishing, shot blasting and assembly of circular cylinder. It can be automatically adjusted within a certain range according to the diameter of cylinder. The self-adjusting welding rotator has two types which are fixed center distance and adjustable center distance. The roller can adopt steel glue combined roller, polyurethane roller and all steel roller, and can choose moving mechanism and anti-channeling mechanism according to the technological requirements. The speed of the roller can be adjusted stepless by frequency conversion and controlled by cordless remote controller. It has the advantages of practicability, reliability, smooth rotation and convenient operation. All kinds of non-standard welding rotator can be customized if there are special requirements.
